A delicate millegrain openwork design with foliate motif, centered by an old European cut diamond weighing approximately 0.65 carat total, with numerous old European cut diamonds throughout weighing approximately 4.50 carats total and additional rose cut diamonds. Mounted in platinum. 2 3/4 inches long.
